Manuel Wörner is leveraging 10 years of operations experience in the field of surgical implants, instruments and devices to launch AGOMED high Quality product line. Manuel served as the Director of Operations for company’s such as Zimmerbiomet and others.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES, AGOMED
Armin Scham is leveraging 35 years of sales experience in the field of surgical implants, instruments and devices to launch AGOMED cutting-edge technology. He has devoted his career to advancing the distribution of German-engineered medical instrument technologies in the fields of orthopedic, dental, and veterinary medicine.
Prior to the formation of AGOMED, Mr. Scham served as Vice President of International Sales at companies such as KLS Martin, aap Implantante AG, and Henke-Sass Wolf GmbH. Through his work with medical professionals, distributors, and specialists he established business for new marketplaces worldwide.
He has successfully led teams comprised of 80+ sales representatives and was responsible for increasing sales 200% by reorganizing service and distribution structures during his tenure.
Mr. Scham earned a B.S. in Business Administration.
DIRECTOR OF SALES, AGOMED MEDIZIN TECHNIK
Tristan Jones brings a wealth of experience to his role at Agomed. An expert in surgical implants, he has been with the company since its founding five years ago.
As the Director of Sales, Tristan oversees the company’s sales strategy in more than 20 countries around the world including the regions of Central America, South America, Europe, and Asia. He is responsible for ensuring Agomed customers receive the uniform training required for optimal use of the surgical implants. His responsibilities include supervising Agomed’s sales teams and managing the content of the surgical guide catalogues.
Tristan acts as a liaison between Agomed and its worldwide customers through speaking appearances and training programs. His ability to speak five languages further promotes the communication between Agomed and its international partners.
Prior to joining Agomed, Tristan worked for several other large companies in the field of surgical and medical implants.
